		<description>The decision sucks, but the root blame of this shouldn&#039;t be with USSF but rather with FIFA. I&#039;m sure USSF would have just as soon let everyone operate unsanctioned for 2010 and see what happens rather than forcing the two leagues back together. But FIFA&#039;s draconian rules barring those who play in &quot;unsanctioned leagues&quot; from FIFA events prevent this from happening. It&#039;s an ego trip on FIFA&#039;s part, it&#039;s a ridiculous rule, and no one has called them on it, and that bugs me.

Let&#039;s face it - the CCL will survive without the second-division teams for a year, and vice versa. That should be the only punishment for operating unsanctioned.</description>
