So lots of people raved (myself included) about the control system in Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 for the Nintendo Wii. Point-and-click soccer was quite awesome and certainly better than whatever it was FIFA 08 offered. So how is EA Sports going to compete with Konami in the next round of Wii soccer games? By duplicating the exact same control system in FIFA 09, of course.
Genius steals. Duh!
The sad thing, of course, is that it’s actually going to make me try FIFA 09 to see if it’s any better. Perhaps a detailed comparison is in order soon. Or a big fat lawsuit. This sort of stuff makes lawyers drool.
