That said, I agree that MLS is going to need to find some cash to pay these players for playing in these games, otherwise it's just a cash grab from the players and we probably get more results like these. Why is a bigger tournament receiving less money? SUM and CONCACAF must re-prioritize these tournaments for the sake of legitimacy.
