Fuel for the conspiracy theory: Why are ICF over here trying to wreak havoc when, unless I'm seriously missing something, they're not really all that active in England any more?  Is stadium security in the UK so good that their only chance of actually fighting at a match is to charter a flight to Ohio?

Also, that "30 years undefeated" banner that the West Ham fans unveiled to celebrate the ICF had a weird feel of promoting brand awareness even if it &lt;em&gt;wasn't&lt;/em&gt; a movie stunt...it almost makes more sense if it was.</description>
