Fuel for the conspiracy theory: Why are ICF over here trying to wreak havoc when, unless I&#039;m seriously missing something, they&#039;re not really all that active in England any more?  Is stadium security in the UK so good that their only chance of actually fighting at a match is to charter a flight to Ohio?

Also, that &quot;30 years undefeated&quot; banner that the West Ham fans unveiled to celebrate the ICF had a weird feel of promoting brand awareness even if it &lt;em&gt;wasn&#039;t&lt;/em&gt; a movie stunt...it almost makes more sense if it was.</description>
