We are all gearing up for what should be an exciting season down here, but it still seems the off field dramas take over from actual footy talk. I guess it still is the off season after all.

Dave, all the talk here is about the ex Kangaroo superstar Wayne Carey being charged and restrained by Miami police recently. Got any news from the states about that? It is all over the place here in Australia. Just another example for you on the behavior of our elite AFL athletes.

Does that type of thing get any media coverage over there?
