In this FanHouse piece about Havant & Waterlooville, the Conference South club that upset Swansea and will face Liverpool at Anfield in the 4th round of the FA Cup, I wrote, “Imagine for a moment what they might do with a £500,000 windfall.” According to the Beeb, the players have been promised an end-of-season trip to Las Vegas.
Of course, that’s before the club spends £100,000 in transfers to replace these guys with players that will get the club promoted to Conference National in 2009…
