How hard are rugby league collisions? Just ask Ben Czislowski, who asked doctors why he had been having eye infection and shooting headaches for almost 4 months. Guess what they found?
RUGBY league prop Ben Czislowski ran around for 15 weeks without knowing an opponent’s tooth was buried in his forehead.
Ben Czislowski had a clash of heads with Tweed Heads forward Matt Austin during a Queensland Cup game on April 1.
Apparently, team doctors stitched up Czislowski’s head without realizing that Austin’s tooth was in there. What, were those guys fresh out of med school or something? Seriously, guys, how many times do we have to tell you? You always check lacerations for other people’s body parts. This is rugby, dammit. These guys hit.
(Thanks, MJD.)
