Terry Hoeppner, R.I.P.
I rarely ever talk about college football on this blog, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Terry Hoeppner, the coach who honestly believed he could turn my alma mater’s aimless football program into a winner, died today after months of struggling with a brain tumor. The Postmen offer up a better retrospective than I ever could here.

As a Miami (OH) Alum, and being there when Terry was I can say he was a better man than a coach. And he was a great coach. Terry, you will be missed. I wish you the best in your travels ahead.
