It is an illness. Its all very well for those of us who are drug free (and how many of us are truly drug free? ) to pass judgement, but walk a mile in their shoes, & things may look somewhat different from the other side.This generation lives in a completely different culture to previous generations, and there is no way that anyone in their right mind , should have expected that four weeks ( Malibu or anywhere else for that matter) in re-hab would "fix" Bens problem. Even though he has been sacked from the club,which at this point is probably the right thing to do, for Ben and the club, with the promise of the clubs continued support ( and it goes without saying that his family will never give up on him) he will make a full recovery. Here in W.A. we adore him, he is a brilliant mid-fielder, who had a brlliant future, lets not give up on him now. We dont turn our backs on people diagnosed with diabetes, cancer or heart disease... this could be your kids one day, or your grandkids. This,I'm afraid is the world we live in. EMBLEY who is one of COUSINS' best mate claimed he didn't know. EMBLEY's girlfriend was there and told COUSINS' girlfriend that EMBLEY knew and was lying. EMBLEY wimped it and said that COUSINS was living with Daniel CHICK. EMBLEY agreed to drive both girls to CHICK's address. When they get there they find CHICK and COUSINS in the raw with about 6 other girls and a table full of cocaine. CHICK cracked it with EMBLEY for bringing the girls around when he was supposed to keep the address a secret so he starts punching into EMBLEY. EMBLEY's missus starts punching into CHICK. COUSINS' girlfriend grabs the cocaine and throws about $20,000.00 worth out the window. She then starts punching into the tarts walking around with nothing on. Sammy said that The Footy Show has offered $50,000.00 to Brian COUSINS who is an ex Geelong player and teamate of Sammy to appear with his son on the show tonight.
